Kai is an associate attorney in DeWitt’s Madison office where he is a member of the Litigation, Labor & Employment Relations, and Immigration Practice Groups. He also assists the Intellectual Property Practice Group with trademark matters. Kai is committed to providing skillful, high-quality representation to his clients in a timely, cost-effective manner. He enjoys navigating complex legal issues and crafting compelling legal arguments that result in favorable outcomes for his clients.
Kai has experience in a diverse array of legal matters including labor and employment litigation, contract disputes, administrative proceedings, immigration representation, and trademark issues, among others.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate attorney, Kai worked on a variety of legal matters as a law clerk at DeWitt. While in law school, he gained in-court experience by representing clients in immigration court through the Immigrant Justice Clinic, and also served as Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
