Erin is an associate in DeWitt’s Health Care Law, Litigation and Labor & Employment Relations practice groups. Erin is enthusiastic about building relationships and guiding clients through complex legal and regulatory landscapes. She is committed to providing high-quality advice and strategic analysis to productively resolve disputes.
Erin works with health care providers, large and small, to navigate the technical and often confusing field of health law. Erin has experience working on multiple business transactions and operations transfers, compliance and improvement efforts, as well as responding to enforcement actions. She has also helped successfully obtain licensing for several clients and numerous facilities. Erin is dedicated to supporting health care providers at any stage of the game and providing effective and efficient advocacy on their behalves.
Erin also has experience representing individuals, small businesses and corporations in litigation matters, ranging from landlord-tenant issues to commercial and contract disputes. She has helped successfully resolve conflicts through pretrial motions, negotiation, mediation/arbitration, injunctions, and trials, including a jury trial. Although litigation can be daunting, Erin strives to make the litigation process as painless and as efficient as possible for all her clients.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2016, Erin worked as a Law Clerk at DeWitt, which allowed her to work on a wide array of legal matters. Erin also served as the Business Editor of the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender and Society while at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
